Service Agreement/Refund Policy

1. Sylcox Sweets does not replicate art. Your order is custom designed. References and inspirations are incredibly helpful, however you are receiving a unique dessert by a different artist. Replication is not guaranteed. I recommend you take a look through my previous work to determine if my style is to your liking.
2. A security deposit of half the total cost is required to secure services. The total amount of cost is due 24 hours prior to pick up. Please understand that I am a home-ran business and for my safety will not be giving my address for pick up until the full amount is paid.
3. When a pick up time is set, I will not accept pick up one hour past that designated time. Your cake will be up for sale past that point, and I will be sure to clearly communicate if it is past time for you to be able to pick up your order. Again, I am a home ran business, so any attempts to come to my home not agreed by me will result in me contacting the police.
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to make me aware of any allergies. All orders are prepared in a kitchen where dairy, gluten, and other common allergens have been prepared.
5. Sylcox Sweets has the right to refuse service to anybody.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds. After agreement that the order is to standard and the recipient leaves the pick up exchange, Sylcox Sweets is not responsible for any damages to your order, or any sudden dissatisfaction.

Completion of Service Agreement

The Business has provided the services as described in this contract to the client.
My order is to satisfaction.
I understand all sales are final. I reviewed my order and there are no damages. Any issue with my dessert past this point I am responsible for.
